Petra Würthle
Petra Würthle is a relaxation teacher and certified yoga teacher for holistic Hatha Yoga. In addition to her work as a primary school teacher, she gives yoga courses and yoga seminars. Her authentic, natural approach touches people on a whole level. Since 2013, she has been teaching holistic Hatha Yoga with a lot of heart and dedication, which is accessible for every type and level. She is also a trainer for autogenic training.
Christina Ewald
Christina has been a Kundalini Yoga teacher since 2006 and a Hatha Yoga teacher since 2020 according to Yoga-Yidya. She has been passionately teaching yoga for 14 years and leads courses for companies on stress management. Her sound knowledge as a nutritionist (TU Munich) gives her courses a special value. Her great motivation is based on the salutogenesis approach, because, in contrast to pathogenesis, she does not research the development of illness, but of health. She sees the trinity of yoga as the true connection between body, mind and soul. and the joy of yoga.
