Yoga Weekend in the Green Heart of Hamburg: Meditation & Yoga for Well-being
During this short retreat, you’ll first experience how you become completely still, both inside and out, as your breath becomes deep and free and your body relaxes deeply. In this stillness, you’ll tune into yourself to sense which aspects of your being need attention right now—which ones can relax and which ones need strengthening.
Through relaxation, you’ll tap into your inner strength. Through meditation and reflection, you’ll identify energy drains, free yourself from blockages and negative beliefs, and connect with your sources of strength. Gentle flows will get your energy moving again. By the end, you’ll feel more at ease, invigorated, and fitter.
Give yourself time to simply be, to heal, and to center yourself.
Strengthened physically and mentally for your daily challenges.
You are warmly welcomed just as you are.
Everything is allowed.
About Lela Akhavan
Founder of Lela Yoga Hamburg
Yoga Teacher (500 TTC, Yoga Alliance), Meditation Instructor,
Life/Business Coach (DBVC, IOBC), Stress/Emotion Coach (emTrace®).
Over 20 years ago, I discovered the benefits of yoga and meditation for myself. In India, Thailand, and Australia, where I lived for two years, I intensified my practice. I learned meditation, Buddhist teachings, and mindfulness techniques. In 2014, I completed my yoga training with the Swiss Ayur Yoga therapist Remo Rittiner. In addition to the healing Eastern method of yoga, I gained in-depth Western knowledge of human anatomy. Further advanced training followed, such as Yogic Mindfulness with the living yoga legend A. G. Mohan, Personal Life Coaching, Anahata Yoga (Yoga Alliance), Tools for Transformation, and Hands On (BDY).
My mission: To help people lead an authentic and self-determined life in a sustainable way.
Location: Hamburg Art Nouveau
This yoga retreat takes place in a gorgeous Hamburg Art Nouveau building right on the Alster lake. We practice in a room with ornate ceiling stucco, a wonderful old wooden floor, and polished glass sliding doors with lion heads.

Your Daily Routine
Take some time for yourself, sink into deep relaxation, and become completely still. Connect with your inner self and listen to what your soul and heart desire. Recognize the blockages and limiting beliefs that keep you from your true self. Tap into your inner strength, recharge your energy for your daily life, and reconnect with your new—or perhaps even existing—ideas.
The Goal
You feel relaxed, find your inner stillness, feel more energized, your well-being and optimism increase, and you embrace your beauty, both inside and out. You experience a deep sense of peace.
