Early in the morning—starting at 5:00 a.m.—you can immerse yourself in the special meditative atmosphere of the peaceful Shivalaya monastery grounds. This powerful place is open to you all day long, even outside of class times. You’ll find a meditation cave, rooms for your own practice, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the greenery—a place for deep stillness and retreat.
In addition, we offer guided meditations using various techniques, as well as morning and afternoon yoga classes for all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners. These include, among others, therapeutic yoga, back yoga, Yin Yoga, Mantra Yoga, and much more.
Our meditation program is complemented by daily rituals, recitations, and morning and evening satsangs featuring silent and guided meditation, kirtan, and inspiring talks.
The meals also support you on your journey: Look forward to a hearty vegan buffet that harmonizes body and mind. A separate quiet room allows you to eat mindfully in silence.
