Your Phoenix Journey takes place from Monday through Sunday. You’ll arrive on Monday at 3:00 p.m., and we’ll spend the afternoon getting ready for your week together. We’ll assess where you’re at and focus on your challenge.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, we’ll work together therapeutically for about 3–4 hours each day. Our jointly agreed-upon program is tailored entirely to your personal challenges. You will recognize old strategies, patterns, and beliefs and let go of the past. What will the turning point feel like?
For your new beginning, we will seek out helpful resources, supportive inner aspects, and your inner explorer, allowing you to engage with the new world more authentically and with greater integrity.
On Friday, we’ll take stock together and discuss your next steps and further goals for a more fulfilling future. Feel free to stay until early Sunday and enjoy the peace, relaxation, and power of the retreat.

- Relaxation techniques, meditation, mindfulness, forest bathing
- Embodiment and nervous system regulation
- Systemic trauma therapy
- Identifying and strengthening resources, boosting self-esteem
- Uncovering and reframing beliefs
- Guilt and forgiveness, Ho’oponopono
- Working with inner aspects, e.g., the inner child, the perfectionist, the inner compass...
