What to Expect This Weekend
You sense that it’s time for a change.
Perhaps your thoughts keep circling back to the same issues. Maybe you’re encountering similar patterns in your relationships or daily life, facing a decision, or simply realizing: I want to reconnect with myself again.
This retreat offers you three days to step away from your daily routine, find peace, and regain a clearer sense of what you truly need and where your path is leading you.
Through meditation, body and breath awareness, coaching, regression, self-reflection, and intuitive energy work, we’ll go deeper together—mindfully, personally, and without pressure.
This isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about feeling yourself more clearly again.
What you can take away for yourself
Greater clarity about what’s on your mind right now.
A more conscious awareness of your needs and boundaries.
New perspectives on recurring patterns.
Deeper access to your feelings and intuition.
Inspiration for changes you can incorporate into your daily life.
And above all: a deeper connection to yourself.
How I support you
My work doesn’t follow a rigid framework. I combine different methods while staying attuned to what the group and each individual need at any given moment.
The group is intentionally kept small and intimate. This creates a safe space where I can support you individually, leaving plenty of room for personal topics, sharing, depth, and genuine connection.
Sometimes an intense inner process unfolds. Sometimes it calls for silence, movement, nature, sharing, or simply a moment to catch your breath.
You don’t need any prior experience, and you don’t have to be “spiritual enough.” You’re welcome to come exactly as you are right now.
There’s a clear and safe structure—and at the same time, space for whatever may unfold for you this weekend.
What participants say about my retreat:
“From the very first minute, you feel seen, understood, and valued. I took so much away from this experience.”
“My expectations were completely exceeded. I was able to open up and felt well supported at all times.”
“Kristina creates a loving and safe space. I was able to recognize things I hadn’t been able to put into words before.”

BookEnjoying Time Together
Our meals are also part of the retreat. We prepare selected vegetarian and vegan dishes together, eat together, and make a point of spending time with one another.
It’s especially when we cook and eat together that a sense of lightheartedness, wonderful conversations, and a special group dynamic often emerge.
We’re happy to accommodate individual needs and dietary restrictions whenever possible.
Friday – Arrival & Connection
After you arrive, we’ll begin with a group welcome circle and a grounding meditation. You’ll have a chance to settle in, leave your daily routine behind, and get to know the group.
Afterward, we’ll cook and eat together. A quiet gratitude meditation brings the first evening to a mindful close.
Saturday:
Saturday – Encountering Yourself
We’ll start the day with movement and a Morning Energy Flow.
Afterward, we’ll delve deeper into questions such as:
Who am I really? What patterns do I carry with me? What still belongs to me—and what is open to change?
Meditation, coaching, self-reflection, body awareness, heart work, voice, and sound will guide you through the day.
In between, there’s intentional time set aside for nature, retreat, and integration.
In the evening, a sauna ritual with aromatherapy and a peaceful, shared conclusion await you.
Sunday:
Sunday – Depth, Insight & Integration
Sunday begins with breath, silence, and mindful awareness.
We then embark on a deeper inner process with a guided regression or journey back in time and an encounter with your Higher Self.
To conclude, we’ll take time to integrate the weekend’s experiences and wrap things up together.
You’ll take home new perspectives, personal insights, and concrete inspiration for your everyday life.
The itinerary serves as a guide and may be adjusted based on group dynamics.
Travel to the Bekemühle is arranged individually and is not included in the retreat price.
Free parking is available on site.
If you’re traveling by public transportation, we’re happy to help you plan your trip and, upon request, connect participants with one another so that carpooling arrangements can be made if desired.
