Accommodation booking on request La Gioiella – a dream that you too can experience! The house, garden, and surroundings are palpable oases of peace, relaxation, and contentment. Italy's "dolce vita" and the unique treasures of Tuscany greatly enrich the retreat. The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished since it was purchased. It was important to the owners to preserve the charm of the house, which has developed over the last century and a half, while still adding their own personal touches. Family heirlooms have been combined with antiques from the surrounding area, and each room has been deliberately designed to be unique. The well-being of their guests is their top priority. They want their guests to feel safe and at home with them.

Catering

The food is lovingly prepared using the finest ingredients. There will be two substantial meals and snacks in between, such as regional fruit. Tea, coffee, and juices are always available. As we want to experience everything very consciously, we refrain from using mind-altering drugs such as alcohol and other substances.

Arrival

The retreat can be reached by public transport (train/bus/plane) to Pescia, then pick-up from the train station is possible, or by car.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, you will receive a 80% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 36 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 35 days before arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If a booking is canceled, the following fees will be charged. However, you are free to prove that the damage incurred by us was less or did not occur at all.

a) From the date of booking and up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the total retreat amount b) From 59 to 36 days before the start of the retreat period: 50% of the total retreat amount c) From 35 days before the start of the retreat period: 80% of the total retreat amount.

If the sole proprietorship does not receive a cancellation in accordance with 5.1, 100% of the total retreat amount will be forfeited, even if the booked guest room or guest rooms/retreat are not occupied/used. The fee will be rounded up to whole amounts in EUR. However, you are free to prove that the damage incurred by us as a result is less or has not been incurred at all.
