A yoga weekend in the beautiful yoga seminar house in Schlangenbad (Hesse), to relax, recharge your batteries and regenerate.

Retreat means (spiritual) retreat. Traditionally, yogi*nis regularly take time out from everyday life to immerse themselves more deeply in yoga practice, gain new insights and activate inner resources.

This is exactly what we plan to do this weekend (Fri to Sun): We will retreat to the beautiful yoga seminar house in Schlangenbad (Hesse) to have time for ourselves and practice yoga. You can expect an extensive program and loving, experienced guidance to relax, recharge and let go.

Suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis.

Accommodation must be booked directly at the seminar venue after registering with the seminar organizer.

All rooms with shared bathroom, alternatively rooms with private bathroom (extra charge). There is also the possibility to participate as a day guest (without overnight stay).

The organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine in the seminar house will delight you! We can also cater for your allergies and intolerances on request.
Including breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet as well as fruit, cookies, nuts, coffee and tea throughout the day. Catering is also booked directly with the seminar house.

*Start on Friday at 3.00 pm (arrival possible from 2.00 pm)
*Meditation, pranayama, yoga class, lecture in the morning
*Yoga class in the afternoon
*Good-night meditation in the evening
*final round on Sunday at 2.30 pm
