Accommodation must be booked directly at the seminar venue after registering with the seminar organizer.

Expect additional costs of 154 euros (day guest) to 290 euros (single room standard)

All rooms with shared bathroom, alternatively rooms with private bathroom (extra charge). There is also the possibility to participate as a day guest (without overnight stay).

The organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine in the seminar house will delight you! We can also cater for your allergies and intolerances on request.
Including breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet as well as fruit, cookies, nuts, coffee and tea throughout the day. Catering is also booked directly with the seminar house.

our intensive retreat program to relax, recharge and regenerate:

*Start on Friday at 3.00 pm (arrival possible from 2.00 pm)
*Meditation, pranayama, yoga class, lecture in the morning
*Yoga class in the afternoon
*Good-night meditation in the evening
*final round on Sunday at 2.30 pm
