This weekend, learn to practice and teach yoga in a trauma-sensitive and nervous-system-oriented way—gently, deeply, and safely. This yoga teacher training weekend is ideal for yoga teachers, educators, and yogis who feel that yoga can be more than just physical movement. - In your own practice, in your teaching, and in everyday life.
In this retreat and 25-hour Yoga Teacher Training (TT), we’ll learn to understand the nervous system and teach yoga in a way that regulates rather than overwhelms, apply trauma-sensitive principles—so your classes feel safe, warm, and inviting— to cultivate self-care and self-regulation for yourself as a teacher, so you remain present, grounded, and authentic; and to deepen your yoga practice through somatic tools, breathwork, meditation, and Yin/Restorative yoga, making your classes slower, more profound, and more transformative.

Accommodations are not included in the price; you'll need to arrange them on your own. Near the studio, you'll find the Ibis Hotel, Backpackers Luzern, and other hotels that you can choose from based on your budget.
Food: There are various takeout options and restaurants around the studio where you can grab a tasty bite.
There is a refrigerator on site. We also have delicious nuts, dried fruit, tea, and water available for you during breaks.

Sunday, November 22, 2026, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
(Practical experience – at least 4 hours spread over a period of 6 weeks)
plus one online session (Saturday, December 19, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.), if you’d like to complete the weekend with a 25-hour Embodied NS TT certificate.
We will coordinate lunch and breaks on the first day in consultation with the participants.

Lucerne is located in the center of Switzerland and is easily accessible from virtually anywhere.
Travel to Lucerne is not included and is your responsibility to arrange.
The yoga studio is easily accessible from the Lucerne train station—it’s a 10-minute walk away—or you can take the bus and be here in 5 minutes.
