The fasting meal plan includes:
Daily: fresh organic fasting soup in the evening.
Daily: fresh organic lemons and regional or Demeter honey.
Daily: fresh organic ginger.
Daily: fresh water and a wide selection of high-quality organic fasting, detox, and long-term health teas.

In the late afternoon, once everyone has settled into their rooms and enjoyed some fresh organic produce from our own garden, the small group gathers. We get to know each other and discuss the seminar schedule together. On the first day, we take time to relax. Hikes usually begin about 1.5 hours after morning tea. Additionally, on some days there are relaxation and meditation sessions with yoga elements outdoors in the fresh air. There is always an opportunity for breaks and quiet time for everyone.
Limited number of participants:
The retreat has a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 10 participants. This is to ensure a balanced group dynamic.
In the event that the course is canceled, you can choose between: an alternative date or a full refund of the seminar fee!

Tenerife South Airport is only a 30-minute drive away.

We’re happy to help with travel tips. Participants often share a taxi or rental car, for example. Rental cars are cheaper than in Germany.

All transportation to the beautiful hikes is included in the price!
