We are delighted to invite you to our Yoga Week, which is certified as an approved educational leave program! This educational leave program is specifically designed to strengthen professional resilience and teach effective stress management techniques.
CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES
Our schedule* for this week is listed separately to give you a first impression of what this exciting program has to offer. Objectives: Strengthening resilience in everyday professional life. Teaching effective relaxation techniques. Building mental and emotional clarity and strength.
PREREQUISITES
No prior experience required. Please bring writing materials and comfortable clothing. Feel free to contact us for registration or if you have any questions.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE
Monday (Start Date): Arrival and Check-In; Mon–Fri: Classes according to schedule, breaks include water, tea, and snacks; Friday (End Date): We recommend extending the educational leave to include the preceding or following weekend, or even longer. Take advantage of the opportunity to extend the relaxed seaside atmosphere, combined with an intensive and educational week in a pleasant setting.
ACCOMMODATION
For participants who wish to stay overnight during the educational leave, we offer options: single room or apartment per guest: starting at €47/night. Please indicate on your registration form whether you would like to stay overnight and which room option you prefer.
COSTS
The cost for this educational leave is €370. This includes tuition as well as refreshments—water, tea, and snacks—on class days, which begin at 8:30 a.m. This allows you to enjoy the entire week in a relaxed manner while focusing on your personal and professional development.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
After completing the program, you will receive a certificate to present to your employer
