Aim of the training This training focuses on the energetic aspect of yoga: "How can I combine yoga with energy and healing meditation through my connection and my field of consciousness?" The training course teaches you how to set impulses, harmonize disturbances in the energy field, and release energetic blockages through grounding, chakra balancing, special yoga and energy exercises, conscious breathing, deep relaxation, guided meditation journeys, conscious thinking and feeling, and self-healing methods.
