Aerial Yoga Training (with a certificate and recognized as educational leave)

Dive deeper into the world of aerial yoga. With our comprehensive teacher training and continuing education courses, you’ll learn the practice, effective sequencing, and fundamental teaching methods so you can teach with confidence and competence. Whether you’re already a yoga teacher or want to become an aerial yoga teacher, this training offers an intensive experience and the opportunity to deepen your own practice while building flexibility, strength, and coordination.

In our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, we provide all the fundamental knowledge needed to guide aerial practice safely and clearly. We’ll meet on the dates listed above in small groups (8–12 people) and immerse ourselves in a balanced mix of aerial practice and theory—plus plenty of fun! If you’re interested in the training (and have no prior aerial experience), we strongly recommend that you gain some basic experience as an aerial student before the training begins.

Our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is characterized by its compact and hands-on structure: In just six days, you’ll learn all the fundamentals you need to get started as an instructor.

The training is designed so that after the first four days of basic training, you’ll have five weeks to practice and apply what you’ve learned with your study group. This gives you the opportunity to practice leading a full aerial yoga class and thus deepen your experience step by step.

During the teaching practice weekend, you’ll then have the opportunity to teach a class yourself and receive direct professional feedback from Jasmin. With her many years of teaching expertise, she will provide you with targeted support to help you further develop your skills.

This intensive combination of theory, practice, and personal guidance will optimally prepare you for your role as an aerial yoga instructor—competent, confident, and assured.
