Ayurveda and Yoga Spring Retreat in the Heart of the Black Forest

Most of the light-filled rooms offer direct access to a balcony or terrace, where you can listen to the birds singing. The package price includes accommodation in the studio, a spacious shared room (3-4 people) in the attic. The bathrooms are shared.

For an additional charge, it is possible to book a single or double room: Single room surcharge: €60

The meals during our retreat are prepared according to Ayurvedic principles and are specially tailored to this season. They support your body in stimulating the metabolism and strengthening digestion.

The food is lovingly and mindfully prepared by our chef Nadh and gently helps you to detoxify, recharge your batteries, and harness the power of spring without fasting.

By public transport: The nearest train station is "Wolfach," located 10 km from the seminar center. A taxi from the train station costs approximately €22. We offer a pick-up service (€5 per person) from the train station to the seminar center at 4:30 p.m.

By car: We will send you detailed directions before your arrival. It may be possible to share the journey with other participants—we will be happy to put you in touch with them.
