Summary

Have you ever really breathed?

In this retreat, you’re invited to experience the incredibly transformative power of conscious breathing and to dive deep into your inner self... Conscious Connected Breathwork is a particularly intense experience of self-discovery and has the potential to permanently change and improve your life.

In Conscious Connected Breathwork, conscious, intensified breathing can bring about a shift in your everyday state of consciousness. This can open the gateway to consciousness, making a wide range of experiences—some of them intense—possible, such as deep personal insights, the release of emotional blockages, feelings of connection, intense physical sensations, or simply a beautiful, pleasant sensation of floating.

Dive Deep Into Yourself & Discover What Lies Hidden There for You:
Every breath journey is a journey into your own inner self—into your very core: into this rich inner world, full of sky-high, jubilant peaks and abysmal depths, where much that is familiar about myself lies, but also quite a bit that has been repressed or remains unconscious—and sometimes I even discover something new about myself. In Conscious Connected Breathwork, we become explorers of our own consciousness. This can be very exciting, very healing, and sometimes simply necessary.

What past participants say:
“I was already aware back then, after the retreat, that a change had very slowly begun to take shape within me. Your retreat was a break for me, and also a piece of the puzzle… truly on a journey to myself, on the journey of becoming self-aware.
Something ‘burst open’ inside me through the music and the breathing. I came home full of energy. My husband said he could tell I came back from the retreat differently than I had on previous occasions—in a positive way. And indeed, since then, there’s been a lot of movement in so many areas of my life. The weekend with you was a truly precious and enlightening step that has accelerated many things. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being able to give people such nudges or catalysts through your work and personality.” — Gaby H.

About Regina—Your Course Leader:
Ever since my first philosophical wonder at the strange phenomenon of consciousness took hold of me about 30 years ago, I’ve been engaged with philosophy, psychology, meditation, yoga, and all such things. It is the search for truth and for answers to the ultimate questions of human existence that has always driven me: I want to explore and understand consciousness, life, and what it means to be human in all their depth.

With great joy and dedication, I have been creating experiential spaces since 2020 that are inspired by this quest—spaces where people can move from doing to being and find peace, encounter and question themselves, and thus sharpen, enrich, develop, and expand their consciousness, ultimately leading to a happier and more peaceful life. In this way, I hope to contribute to a more peaceful, conciliatory, and humane world.

Contraindications:
Conscious Breathwork is an intense experience and requires a generally stable, healthy physical and mental state. Therefore, Conscious Breathwork is not recommended, particularly in the following circumstances: severe or acute cardiovascular disorders, high blood pressure, epilepsy, infectious diseases or febrile inflammations, recent injuries, recent surgical wounds, acute psychoses of the schizophrenic type, psychiatric diagnoses of any kind, glaucoma, pregnancy, chronic illnesses, osteoporosis, cancer, and anemia.

Please feel free to contact me if you are affected by any of these conditions or if you are unsure. We can then discuss your situation on an individual basis.

Community & Karma Yoga (Helping Others)
An essential part of the retreat is the idea of community. Even in our breathing, we support one another—the group becomes, so to speak, a breathing body in which everyone supports the others on their path. And the Tonhaus itself fosters a sense of community simply through its architecture and layout: the house is reserved exclusively for us as a group, with an open kitchen and shared bathrooms. In the spirit of a vibrant community, participants are asked to help out—as is often the case on retreats—for about one hour a day. Tasks range from chopping vegetables for meal preparation to washing dishes and are clarified and assigned on the first day.

Simply drive past the bakery on the right until you reach the upper T-intersection, then turn right at the Swedish-red half-timbered house. The entrance to the Tonhaus is located below the steps on the right-hand side. Parking spaces are located at the back of the garden.

A wonderful Breathwork Retreat thanks to the great seminar leader Regina. It was everything you could wish for. A great time out for self-discovery and very lovingly prepared. The right combination of meditation, yoga, breathwork, time in the group and time for yourself. The seminar house in Wusterwitz and the residential community living there, including the idyllic surroundings and the very tasty and healthy food, also made the whole thing perfect for me.
