Accommodation is not included in the price. As Mallorca offers many different types of accommodation to suit all tastes, it's easy to find something suitable for you. I will be happy to help you choose the right accommodation with suggestions and insider tips.

Still water and a snack are available during the sessions / courses.
Other meals are not included in the price. I am happy to provide tips and insider information on great restaurants & bars.

This retreat can be booked as an exclusive individual retreat or with a group of friends / colleagues.
After getting to know each other, we will discuss your experiences with meditation and mindfulness practice and set the goals for the retreat.

In a relaxed atmosphere, we will delve into the theory and background information on the topic of mindfulness meditation. Exercises for self-awareness and reflections serve to apply the knowledge and experimentation.

The retreat takes place over 4 days. Each day has its own highlight:

- Decelerated mindfulness hike
- Meditative mala necklace workshop
- Meditative watercolor workshop
- ZENbo Balance® and relaxation meditation on the beach

Working materials, use of blankets, cushions etc. are included in the price.

The journey is booked individually by you. Maybe you want to arrive a few days earlier or stay longer and explore other parts of Mallorca. Recommendation: it's best to book everything immediately, then nothing will stand in the way of your anticipation ;-) There are really many rental cars and in the low season they are also available at very reasonable rates.
