But many best agers also love this style of Qigong. Qigong serves to maintain health, prevent illness, promote (self-)healing, and speed up regeneration. It is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, and at 10 minutes in length, it is ideal for people with limited time. We also do the popular 2-heart meditation for energetic cleansing and self-healing. Basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine is also taught. In between, there is plenty of time to enjoy Croatia's hospitality, the crystal-clear sea, and the very special flair of the Istrian peninsula. Accommodation

Spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation at the family-run, German-speaking Cherry Blossom guesthouse, far away from the tourist crowds and yet only a stone's throw away from Pula, the cultural center of the Istrian peninsula. The vegetarian, non-smoking Cherry Blossom guesthouse has 42 beds. Enjoy the Mediterranean garden with fountain, the sweeping view of the sea, the nearby pine forest, and the pristine beaches! The meditation and yoga center is a quiet, family-run, lovingly managed lacto-vegan house with quiet 3 or 4-star single and double rooms or apartments, including a dog apartment. Catering

There is a lacto-vegetarian breakfast buffet, a fruit snack with fresh fruit in the afternoon, and a vegan, freshly cooked 3-course meal in the evening, mostly with organic ingredients. Very tasty, balanced food. No one goes hungry, but no one overeats either. :-) Ideal for qigong practice. In between, coffee/tea is available 24/7 on a self-service basis.

The "Turbo" Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong is taught, a 10-minute, highly efficient choreography for prevention, regeneration, self-healing, increasing your own energy level, and strengthening and refining the energy system. Dayan Qigong is one of the few Qigong styles recognized by the Chinese government.

If you cancel up to 61 days before arrival, you will receive a 75% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 31 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
