This course is designed for people who would like to deepen their experience. You may have already attended silent retreats or participated in breathwork weekends, but this combination—and the extended duration—are new to you. Through this course format, you can explore new and profound levels within yourself and existence.
Furthermore, this course serves as continuing education for yoga teachers, meditation and mindfulness teachers, MBSR teachers, life and social counselors, and all those working in psychological fields. We are Ö_CERT-certified and recognized by a wide range of professional associations.
An Overview of Our Weekly Practice
Breathwork, breath awareness, connected breathing
Vipassana insight meditation
Metta meditation
Mindful body awareness (body scan) while lying down and sitting
Sitting and walking meditation
Short lectures on key topics such as levels of consciousness,
self-compassion, self-acceptance, patience, and surrender
Awareness of feelings and emotions, fear, pain, and personal stressors
Sample Daily Schedule
8:00–8:45 AM: Morning meditation
9:00–10:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM–12:30 PM: Course session, including breathwork and meditation
12:30 PM to 5:00 PM: Lunch break with free time
5:00 PM to 7:00 PM: Course session with breathwork and mindfulness
7:00 PM: Dinner
8:30 PM: Evening meditation with breath awareness
