Start your day with a heartwarming breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly made porridge, fruit, a variety of milk options, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and a selection of teas. At 2:00 p.m., we serve a light lunch featuring a warming soup along with spreads served with bread or pastries.

Program Schedule
The retreat begins on the day of arrival with the first session in the afternoon. It ends on the day of departure following the closing program. In between, there are two daily sessions, each lasting two hours.
By Car
From Linz: via Ottensheim on the Rohrbach Federal Highway to Altenfelden
From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden
By Train and Bus
Take the train to Linz Central Station; from there, there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden. Pickup from the “Altenfelden Ort” bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pickup from the bus: 2:08 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. (Registration required at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 9:50 a.m. and 10:50 a.m.
