Our yoga villa on the Black Sea coast invites you to relax and feel at ease: a pool, sauna, yoga dome, and meals freshly prepared daily. You can choose between single, double, or triple rooms. Yoga on the beach and excursions to the nearby cities of Varna and Nessebar round out the experience.
About Us:
Kavita has been teaching yoga worldwide since 1995 and offers yoga retreats, training, and continuing education programs. Zoé is a dance therapist and yoga teacher. Together, we design retreats with heart, clarity, and humor, so that everyone can feel welcome.

Die Villa liegt auf dem Ausläufer des Balkan, nur wenige Autominuten entfernt von dem wundervollen Strand Irakli Beach, an dem auch FKK möglich ist. Pool, Sauna, Sonnenliegen, Yoga Dome sowie Trampolin stehen bereit. Das Jaccuzzi ist fast fertig. Die Villa verfügt über eine große Terrasse und einen Garten. Die Ausstattung im Gebäude entspricht bulgarischem Standart. Es gibt 3 Doppelzimmer, 1 Einzelzimmer und 1 Dreibettzimmer. Wlan vorhanden. Waschmaschinen können genutzt werden. Bei vollständiger Belegung können weitere Unterkünfte außerhalb gebucht werden.

BookOur cook prepares a varied brunch and a hot dinner every day, along with a different dessert each day. She pays special attention to the quality and origin of the ingredients. The ingredients she uses to prepare a variety of vegetarian—and, if requested, vegan—dishes often come from her own garden.
Throughout the day, fresh fruit, bread and spreads, (vegan) yogurt with toppings such as nuts, dates, and figs, as well as other healthy snacks, are also available. Coffee, tea, and water from a local spring are also provided.
A typical daily schedule will generally look like this:
7:30–8:15 a.m. Stretching, breathing exercises, meditation, ritual
8:45–10:00 a.m. Yoga class or dance therapy session
10:00 a.m. Breakfast/brunch
2:00 p.m. Yoga Nidra
5:30–7:00 p.m. Yoga class or dance therapy session
7:00 p.m. Dinner
Evening activities vary and may include dance, sauna, mantra chanting, and group rituals
The schedule is not set in stone and will be discussed with the group. At least once a week, we’ll organize an excursion to Varna or Nessebar. We’ll also watch the sunrise and sunset on the beach and practice yoga there. If you decide to take a yoga vacation, you’re welcome to skip our scheduled activities and decide for yourself if, for example, you’d like to sleep in a little longer... :-)
However, if you’re planning to take the yoga teacher training or an advanced course, you’ll have theory sessions with Kavita in addition to the regular schedule. During these sessions, you’ll delve deeper into the teachings on the chakras and learn how to structure yoga sessions more effectively. You’ll receive detailed, practical information about the chakras, learn Kundalini Tantra breathing techniques and modern breathing exercises, practice visualizations, and gain insight into asana analysis.
We’ll practice refining our instructions and training our voices. Of course, we’ll continue to coach you on developing your teaching presence and introduce you to the use of essential oils. This module is also suitable as continuing education for people who already teach yoga.
Banya is located on the coastal road between Varna and Burgas. In the summer, flights arrive at both airports. I recommend booking a flight with Wizzair to Varna as soon as possible. From there, you can get to Banya by rental car or taxi. During the day, there are hourly buses that run to Varna and Sunny Beach. (This bus does not stop at the airports.) The bus from Varna to Banya costs 6 euros. P.S.: Varna has a lot going on culturally, especially in the summer. I recommend extending your stay in Varna by a few days. You can also travel there by bus from Germany or in your own car.
