The goal of this experiential workshop is to help us experience ourselves as conscious, authentic, and alive.
Through the spiritual practice of wisdom from East and West, as well as modern, scientifically researched mindfulness methods, we embark on an inner journey of discovery. We open up an expanded space of consciousness—a space of being where we are allowed to be exactly as we truly are. There we find deep peace and learn to encounter ourselves and the world with trust and acceptance.
COURSE ELEMENTS:
- Guided mindfulness and body awareness exercises
- Introduction to traditional and modern mindfulness methods (contemplation, Zen, MBSR, MBCL, etc.)
- Silent meditation and dialogical process work
- Short presentations, reflection exercises, and one-on-one conversations
- Transfer exercises for professional and personal daily life
