Are you longing for a break, for regeneration? Would you like to deepen your meditation and mindfulness practice and give yourself the time to do so? Are you looking for a place where you can turn to yourself, where you can recharge your batteries? The meditation and mindfulness retreat at Finca Villa Fermosa in the south-east of Mallorca offers you the ideal setting in inspiring surroundings.
Here you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself intensively in the experience of mindfulness practice for a few days - not only during the meditations and exercises, but throughout the entire daily routine. The inspiring environment and plenty of time outdoors in nature offer space for reflection, self-exploration and slowing down. It's about doing something good for yourself and appreciating yourself.
You can expect a varied program: meditations, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practice, dream journeys and plenty of time for reflection and exchange.
Preparing vegetarian or vegan meals together, walks to experience nature with all your senses and a whole day in silence are also an elementary part of the program.

Special dietary requirements are clarified in a preliminary discussion. As it is a small group, we can usually cover any special requirements. Healthy and conscious preparation and celebrating meals together is an essential part of the mindfulness retreat.
We start on day 1 around 14h and finish the program on day 3 around 17h.
Day 1 - Enable arrival
Time to "check in" and connect to the place and to yourself. Plenty of time to meditate and try out mindful communication techniques. Introduction to Yoga Nidra, the practice of true deep relaxation. We will prepare and celebrate dinner together in mindfulness. Sleep preparation with readings and Yin Yoga.
Day 2 - Experience mindfulness and nature
On day 2, we will also start with morning meditation and yoga practice, and meals will be celebrated in mindfulness. There will also be plenty of time in nature, and during the coastal walk you will receive impulses for self-exploration and the opportunity to exchange ideas with the other participants. We will explore the effect of mindfulness practices on our brain, our attitude and our well-being. At the end of the day, we look forward to a dream journey.
Day 3 - Enjoying silence
We will spend this day in silence. You can look forward to mindful yoga, guided meditations, walks, listening to stories and plenty of time for reflection in inspiring surroundings. You can enjoy the healing effects of silence and retreat to the full.
The journey to Mallorca is organized by the participants themselves. We offer the transfer from / to the bus stop in Campos. There is a good bus connection between the airport and Campos. We are happy to help with the planning.
