We start on day 1 around 14h and finish the program on day 3 around 17h.
Day 1 - Enable arrival
Time to "check in" and connect to the place and to yourself. Plenty of time to meditate and try out mindful communication techniques. Introduction to Yoga Nidra, the practice of true deep relaxation. We will prepare and celebrate dinner together in mindfulness. Sleep preparation with reading and Yin Yoga.
Day 2 - Experience mindfulness and nature
On day 2, we will also start with morning meditation and yoga practice, and meals will be celebrated in mindfulness. There will also be plenty of time in nature, and during the coastal walk you will receive impulses for self-exploration and the opportunity to exchange ideas with the other participants. We will explore the effect of mindfulness practices on our brain, our attitude and our well-being. At the end of the day, we look forward to a dream journey.
Day 3 - Enjoying silence
We will spend this day in silence. You can look forward to mindful yoga, guided meditations, walks, listening to stories and plenty of time for reflection in inspiring surroundings. You can enjoy the healing effects of silence and retreat to the full.
