Summary

🌿 MBSR: Serenity and Resilience at Work—and Beyond
Introductory Seminar on Mindfulness and Stress Management

“There are only two days in the year when you can’t do anything. One is yesterday, the other is tomorrow. Today is the right day to live.”
(Dalai Lama)

Would you like to deal with stress more calmly, clearly, and mindfully in your daily life and at work? In an age of constant acceleration, mindfulness is not a side issue, but a key skill for recognizing stress early on and developing healthier ways to cope with it.

Based on the globally recognized MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) method, this seminar teaches scientifically grounded stress management techniques suitable for everyday life. Meditative exercises—both still and in motion—are combined with insights from psychology and stress research.

Especially important: As a recognized preventive health course, this seminar is generally subsidized by public health insurance providers.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Mindfulness and body awareness exercises
- Meditation in stillness and movement
- Insights into stress, resilience, and self-care
- Reflection on your own reaction patterns
- Applying these insights to daily life, work, and relationships

This seminar can help you
- strengthen inner peace and clarity
- recognize automatic stress reactions earlier
- act more consciously and in harmony
- to navigate life with greater presence and self-awareness

It was a good course with nice participants. There was a lot of meditation and "work". I was able to realize some things and try to remain more conscious in everyday life. Renato was a great instructor and responded well to the individual participants. The accommodation and food were simple, but that would have made sense. Silence is not seen quite so strictly, except at the table. I found the surroundings with the ZEN garden very calming. All in all, it was just right and I would do it again. Thank you very much 😊

A really great location. Especially the Zen garden is the show! The food is good and. The room was nice, with a small bathroom. The mattress was a bit saggy, but still okay. As almost always and almost everywhere, I would wish for fly screens in front of the windows. The silence in the monastery and during mealtimes is very pleasant. For once no 08/15 small talk but mindful silence. Our course leader Renato was very good. Sometimes it was a bit difficult to understand him, probably because of the dialect ;) I was able to get completely involved in everything. The group was great. I was really inspired after the few days. Since then I've been meditating several times a day. It left a lasting impression on me and was definitely not the last workshop of this kind.
