🌿 MBSR: Serenity and Resilience at Work—and Beyond
Introductory Seminar on Mindfulness and Stress Management
“There are only two days in the year when you can’t do anything. One is yesterday, the other is tomorrow. Today is the right day to live.”
(Dalai Lama)
Would you like to deal with stress more calmly, clearly, and mindfully in your daily life and at work? In an age of constant acceleration, mindfulness is not a side issue, but a key skill for recognizing stress early on and developing healthier ways to cope with it.
