Retreat theme
This retreat is about remembering how we can live more in nature again. The focus is on direct contact with nature, plants, animals and the elements. It is also about reactivating our basic trust and thereby overcoming socially induced fears. Grounding nature yoga, energy & healing work, guided nature meditations at places of power, drumming & power animal journeys, getting to know plants and herbs, intuitive archery with the Bogenheinz, outdoor techniques, sleeping in nature and evenings together by the fire will help you to regain your trust and your true power.

Satsang & grounding
Before yoga, there is a short satsang & a guided grounding meditation. Satsang are lectures and conversations in the group that give impulses for finding the truth, self-knowledge and expanding consciousness. The grounding meditation is about reconnecting us to our roots, the primal force of the earth and primal trust in order to restore the earth-light connection.

Transformative yoga
With yoga, stretching, energy exercises, breathing, deep relaxation and meditation journeys, we consciously connect with the four elements, strengthen them and bring them back into balance:
Earth stands for rootedness and stability
Fire for transformation and life energy
Water for purification and emotions
Air for freedom and expansiveness

Healing meditation journeys
The healing meditation takes place after yoga while lying down with sound and music. It is used for energetic harmonization, reconnection and self-healing. The high frequency of light during meditation puts the body in a state of deep relaxation to calm the nervous system and activate the flow of energy by cleansing the chakras, meridians and aura. This allows blockages, interference fields and old patterns stored in our field to be released.
