Tell me, what are you going to do with your one,
wild, precious life?
Mary Oliver
Do you feel a longing for MORE? More vitality, inner peace, joy, adventure, and spiritual connection? Perhaps nature is calling you to discover its power and beauty more deeply and to enter into a healing dialogue with your inner self. This nature retreat is an invitation to nurture the wild soul within you and create space for new perspectives.
During these October days, we’ll do as the trees do in autumn: We let go. We release everything that prevents us from becoming more open, clear, and free back to the earth and immerse ourselves in silence. Our practice of pausing and open awareness helps us loosen our habits, beliefs, and judgments. This allows us to look deeper: into our wild soul. “Wild” here means being deeply in harmony with nature, connected to our own inner wisdom and the rhythms of life—completely free from the masks and roles we often wear in everyday life.
On our contemplative wanderings through nature, we connect with our true essence. Along the water’s edge, we restore the flow to what has become stagnant. In the forest, we immerse ourselves in silence, and in wide-open fields, we give our soul free rein. With all our senses, we connect with our surroundings. We experience how the magnificent Allgäu landscape—with its forests, meadows, rivers, and mountains—restores our sense of wholeness, allowing us to reclaim our place within the greater whole.
With gratitude and compassion for ourselves and the Earth, we embrace the present moment. Step by step, we uncover what has always been there: qualities of the spirit such as love, clarity, awareness, and deep peace. Connected to the vibrant nature of autumn, harmonious answers to life’s questions can come to the surface. Nourished by plenty of silence, nature, and introspection, we then return to everyday life with renewed courage, full of inspiration and strength. We allow the seeds we have sown to continue ripening during the autumn and winter dormancy.
A retreat for you if you long for silence and contemplation and
wish to touch upon deep dimensions of being as reflected in nature.
Here’s what awaits you:
• Nature & Movement: gentle, contemplative hikes (approx. 2–3 hours) and walking meditations under the open sky—daily and in all weather conditions.
• Silence & Mindfulness: Daily meditation practice (sitting in silence) in the meditation room, as well as shared silence throughout the day (exception: the guided dyad exercises).
• Body Awareness: Gentle yoga, qigong, and relaxation exercises that bring you back into your body.
• Inspiration & Poetry: Inspiring reflections and nature poetry for the mind and soul.
• Self-Exploration & Depth: Dyads (meditative speaking and listening), soul writing (very intimate, just for you), and guided exercises to foster self-awareness.
• Community & Exchange: Sharing circles, as well as an invitation in the evenings to mindful, open communication (or the freedom to remain in silence).
• Mindful Perception: Feeling the wonders of this earth with all your senses. Time for wonder, joy, and lightness.
• Time for You: Deliberately set aside space for retreat, integration, and reconnecting with your wild soul—your true nature.
In the silence, we can perceive the preciousness of life moment by moment. Because: Life is beautiful right now!

The Majestic Natural Landscape of the Allgäu
The Quellhof Allgäu, located in the picturesque little hamlet of Bachtel, hosts seminars on self-development and retreats. The farm, with its own spring, offers a warm, cozy atmosphere and the ideal setting to find peace and quiet. Nestled amid woods and meadows, you’ll quickly feel far removed from everyday life. Before you know it, you’ll feel lighter, more carefree, and able to enjoy your time away.
Rooms (single, double, or shared) can be booked directly through Quellhof Allgäu.
Starting at approximately 360 euros for the entire stay (room and board).
We'll be treated to delicious meals on site: all-inclusive organic meals, a hearty breakfast, lunch with dessert, dinner with a large salad, and water, tea, and coffee available at any time. Vegetarian options are available, and vegan meals can be provided upon request.
