At the Pichlschloss we cook and live according to slow-food principles. We produce our own jam, jarred delicacies, cheese, sausages and spreads. Beef, pork and fish come as far as possible from the farm surrounding the Pichlschloss. The breakfast eggs are laid for you by our hens.
Most of the salad and herbs come from our own garden.

Physical units:

Pilates not only trains muscle strength, it also requires mental engagement with the movement sequences in order to train with concentration. Regularity is essential for noticeable success. The concept of this gentle body workout was developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the 1930s. Pilates helps to alleviate poor posture, problems with the pelvic floor, shoulder and neck tension, osteoporosis and headaches in particular.
