We source our ingredients locally and know our suppliers well. You’re welcome to see for yourself, and we’ll show you where to find regional products at fair prices. We use the freshest ingredients possible. You can also enjoy a variety of produce straight from our garden.

This retreat is a very personal invitation to you—tailored to your needs, individualized, and deliberately different from the traditional group format. It’s designed for people who feel it’s time to pause. People who long for a genuine break. For clarity, peace, and a deep encounter with yourself.

Perhaps there’s an issue within you that needs to be acknowledged and resolved. Perhaps you’ve noticed certain patterns repeating themselves in your life—whether at work, in relationships, or in your inner world. Or perhaps you simply feel stressed, drained, and are hoping for a break that not only rejuvenates you but also truly sets things in motion.

In a safe, trusting atmosphere, we’ll work together on the issue you’ve brought with you—in a deeply effective, mindful way, and as equals. You’ll receive intensive one-on-one coaching that’s both cause- and solution-oriented. Five individual sessions spread over the course of a week provide you with the space to address your issue holistically: The first three days are dedicated to transformation; the fourth day is yours to use as you wish—for an outing, to integrate what you’ve learned, or simply to unwind. We use the final two days to anchor the changes within your system and empower you for the journey ahead.

Some of these processes also work on a subconscious level—through proven, depth-psychological, energetic methods and body-oriented approaches, old blockages can be released and new perspectives can unfold. To ensure lasting integration, you’ll receive an additional online coaching session via Zoom about 3 to 4 weeks after the retreat.

From the Highlands to the Islands
You also have the option to extend your stay in Panama on your own terms. After the retreat, treat yourself to some more downtime on a Caribbean beach or along the wild and romantic Pacific coast—so that your journey is not only healing but also unforgettable.

In your free time, you can choose to experience a wide variety of outdoor activities (hiking, hot springs, coffee tours, and much more)—or take advantage of additional offerings (massages, meditation, etc.) from us or our certified partners, which will enrich and round out your stay.
