Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding practice. It follows a fixed series of postures synchronized with breath (vinyasa). It builds strength, stamina, flexibility, and inner focus. Traditionally taught in a "Mysore-style" or led class.
3 Yoga Nidra & Savasana
The Art of Deep Rest and Inner Awareness
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful guided meditation technique practiced in complete stillness, lying comfortably on your back in Savasana, the ultimate resting pose.
This session guides you into a deeply relaxed state between waking and sleep, allowing the body to rest while the mind remains aware. With soft voice guidance, you are gently led through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization releasing stress, healing emotional layers, and entering profound inner stillness.
Savasana, or corpse pose, supports the experience by relaxing every muscle and allowing total surrender to gravity and breath.
