Strengthen your inner peace and balance. Yoga, relaxation, mindfulness—a little time-out just for you! We need to take good care of ourselves time and again, treating ourselves to a little time-out to recharge and gain new energy for the challenges of everyday life. Break free from the cycle of stress, build up your energy reserves, and strengthen your immune system with revitalizing, dynamic, and relaxing breathing and yoga techniques such as Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and gentle Vinyasa Yoga. Complemented by mindfulness exercises and techniques from the MBSR method and meditation, we guide the restless mind toward calm and build mental and inner strength. Your mind and nervous system will find greater peace; you’ll be able to relax and recharge, building vitality and greater serenity for your everyday life.
What to expect during our retreat at the monastery:
• Soul Yoga for regeneration and harmonization of body, heart, and mind
• Guided meditations
• Sound journeys for relaxation
• Breathing techniques
• Metta exercises, mindfulness techniques, self-care
• Releasing Yoga—letting go of what no longer belongs to you, what blocks you, and what constricts you
We look forward to seeing you and spending this time together. Time just for yourself—because you’re worth it.

An ideal mix of relaxation, mindfulness, and yoga. Our course instructor Cornelia Thiele provided us with a wonderfully beautiful time. We are absolutely grateful. The ambiance throughout the entire monastery was also suitable, and the hotel was great overall. We gladly recommend it and will come back!
