- 20:00 Deep relaxation and guided meditation
Sunday/departure day - breakfast possible from 07:00 - 10:00
- 08:00 - 08:20 Meditation
- 10:00 Energizing yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation, final round
- 12:15 Lunch
- Time to go for a walk, drive home
All this is an offer and not a compulsion, everything is allowed - not a must. If your body needs more rest, then you can follow this impulse and take some time off. 1x afternoon free.
Room keys are handed out from approx. 2 p.m., the group meets at 6 p.m. for dinner, 2 - 3 tables in the dining room are reserved for our group. 8 p.m. is the official start of the seminar. If you can only arrive after 6.30 p.m., please let the monastery know so that the room key can be deposited for you. The seminar ends on the day of departure after lunch, around 1.30 pm. If you wish to extend your stay, please book in good time. Bed linen and towels are available on site. You are welcome to bring your own yoga equipment + blanket - what you need for your practice. If you do not have anything with you for transportation reasons or because you have forgotten it, you can borrow equipment from the monastery for a small fee. Please let the monastery know as soon as possible so that it can be made available for you in the seminar room.
