BookAt the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center, you can enjoy modern vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Start your day with a heartwarming breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly made porridge, fruit, a variety of milk options, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and a selection of teas. At 2:00 p.m., we serve a light lunch featuring a warming soup as well as spreads with bread or pastries.
Being present means more than just being attentive. It is the feeling of truly being there—in your own body, in the present moment, and in touch with what is happening right now. This is exactly where this retreat begins.
Our shared practice combines yoga, breathwork, meditation, and embodiment into a holistic space of experience. The goal is not to achieve or optimize anything. Rather, it creates an opportunity to become more consciously aware of how the body, thoughts, and emotions are interconnected.
The yoga practice helps develop both stability and flexibility. Powerful sequences alternate with moments of stillness, creating a balance between activity and regeneration. The breath serves as an anchor. Conscious breathing spaces help to gather the mind, build new energy, and foster inner peace.
Another focus of these days is working with embodiment. Embodiment describes the conscious experience and understanding of the interplay between the body, emotions, thoughts, and behavior. How we stand, walk, or breathe influences not only our physical sensations but also our inner attitude. Through targeted exercises, participants can experience how to develop greater presence and inner stability.
The practice is complemented by meditation, elements of nervous system regulation, and Movement Medicine. This free and conscious form of movement opens up new avenues for expression, creativity, and vitality. Movement is not viewed as a technique here, but as an opportunity to follow one’s own impulses and experience the body as a resource.
Andrea Rainer guides these days with a wealth of experience, clarity, and sensitivity. Her approach combines in-depth knowledge with a down-to-earth yet inspiring teaching style. She creates a space where personal experiences can unfold and where everyone can find their own path to presence and vitality.

Program Overview
Daily sessions featuring yoga, breathwork, meditation, embodiment, and Movement Medicine. Exercises for regulating the nervous system, as well as guidance for greater mindfulness and inner flexibility in daily life. In between, there will be plenty of time for rest, experiencing nature, and individual reflection. The program begins on the day of arrival with an initial group session and concludes on the day of departure after breakfast. In between, there will be two sessions per day, each lasting two hours

Take the train to Linz Central Station; from there, there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden. Pickup from the “Altenfelden Ort” bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pickup from the bus: 2:08 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. (Registration required at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 9:50 a.m. and 10:50 a.m.
