METHODOLOGY
Mindfulness exercises, yoga, stretching, and breathing exercises, individual and group work, sharing experiences within the group, reflection exercises, experiential learning, and theoretical input.

I am a nature-based resilience trainer, systemic consultant/coach, and organizational developer, and I have been supporting individuals and teams for over 25 years. Iโ€™m convinced that the journey itself is the destination, and I love to spend my time hiking and running. That alone builds resilience. Resilience helps us reflect on our actions and is like a muscle that we can train again and again. Accommodation

The retreat takes place at the Jauchza! Hรผtte in Innerkrems/Nockberge and in the nearby forests and mountains. The Jauchza! Hรผtte is a mountain lodge with a restaurant in a unique location at just under 2,000 meters, offering a 360ยฐ view in the heart of the Nockberge Mountains and surrounded by nature. From here, we can see the autumnal colors of the mountains, created by the ripe lingonberries (also known as โ€œGrantenโ€ or โ€œGranggnโ€) and the changing leaves. In the evenings, we can hear the deer during the rutting season, and at night, weโ€™re surrounded by a clear starry sky.

The lodge features two beautiful apartments, which are used for the retreat and can be booked separately. Accommodations are in shared rooms: Each of the two apartments has two spacious rooms, with (Apartment 1) featuring a double bed (for up to 2 people); one double bed and a bunk bed (up to 4 people), as well as (Apartment 2) one double bed (up to 2 people); two single beds (up to 2 people). Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower.
There is a sauna, TV, Wi-Fi, and a small private pond where we can also swim.
Single rooms can be arranged upon request; please note that the price will be adjusted accordingly and that the apartments have connecting rooms.

The cabin offers regional and seasonal cuisine, freshly prepared with love, on a half-board basis. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available upon request.
The price for lodging and half-board is 265 euros (vegetarian) or 280 euros (non-vegetarian).

Accommodation fees are paid directly to the lodge upon arrival.
You will receive booking information from me (Susanne) immediately after booking the retreat.

Catering

On the last day, weโ€™ll focus on applying what youโ€™ve learned to your daily life: How do you want to return home? What do you want to take with you? Weโ€™ll be out and about in (almost) any weather. Depending on the situation, however, a hike might not be possibleโ€”in that case, weโ€™ll find alternatives and can use the facilities at the cabin.

Arrival

Weโ€™ll start on September 19 between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. The exact time will depend on the participantsโ€™ travel options.
Weโ€™ll wrap up at 12:00 p.m. on September 22 to allow time for the return trip.

Participants will make their own way to the event. Iโ€™ll do my best to coordinate travel arrangements in advance (such as organizing carpools). We can also arrange a pickup from Gmรผnd or Spittal-Millstรคtter See; there are good train and bus connections to those locations, for example from Stuttgart, Augsburg, or Munich to Spittal-Millstรคtter See.

By car: From Germany, take the Salzburg/Tauern Autobahn (or a toll-free alternative) via Katschberg/Rennweg to Kremsbrรผcke. There, turn left toward Innerkrems. In Innerkrems, turn right at the town entrance onto NockalmstraรŸe (toll road) and, just before the 5th Reidn, take a sharp left onto the forest road. Follow the signs to the Jauchza! Hรผtte.

The hut is accessible by car. However, you can also leave your car in the valley and hike up the mountain (approx. 60โ€“90 minutes).

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 56 days before arrival, you will receive a 75% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 28 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 15 days before arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

After booking, you will receive an invoice for the seminar fees. Your spot is confirmed once youโ€™ve paid the fee.

You can cancel free of charge up to two weeks after your booking or 28 days before the retreat (whichever comes first). Up to 15 days before the retreat, a 50% cancellation fee applies. After that, the booking is non-refundable. (Please note: The system displays an invalid cancellation schedule that cannot currently be deleted. The 15-day & 50% policy applies.)

The participant may designate a substitute who will assume the existing contract. In this case, no cancellation fees will apply. The provider must be notified of the change in advance in writing.
