WHERE SIMPLICITY BECOMES ABUNDANCE. Personal 1:1 retreat just for you.

You will be sharing an apartment with me. Your room is approximately 20 square meters and is simply and comfortably furnished with love. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate. The living room and kitchen can be used at any time. There is a TV in the living room only. A conservatory adjoins the living room and has access to the outdoor seating area under the pergola. There is a hammock under the large beech tree and a garden bed on the lawn. Garden loungers and chairs are available at any time and can be set up anywhere. We can use the fire pit in the evening for a glass of wine by the fire.

According to my plan, there will be breakfast, lunch, coffee or tea with homemade cake, and dinner. Depending on the season, we harvest vegetables, potatoes, herbs, and berries from the garden and cook together. We bake simple farmhouse bread and eat together outside, weather permitting. Other foods are organic. Drinks are included.

The schedule for your stay will be worked out with you during the introductory meeting and after your arrival, according to your wishes. Structure is provided by the communal meal times. In between, there are daily creative periods depending on your preferences, discussions about internal and external stress, coaching on the topic of "living simply in abundance" and how to achieve contentment.
There are guided meditations and mindfulness exercises and much more. Of course, we can arrange breaks at any time if desired. We organize the evening according to our mood. For example, a glass of wine by the campfire in the fire pit. Game night or interesting nature films. Or everyone on their own.
