Vegetarian meals are served buffet-style, three times a day.
Please let us know in advance if you would like vegan meals.

You are always welcome to make yourself a cup of tea and pour it into your own thermos.
In the small kitchenette, you can help yourself to whatever you need. In the library, we can sit together comfortably and wind down the evening.

You will be guided by an experienced and caring yoga teacher who will meet you where you are. Everything is optional, nothing is mandatory!

For the 3-day program, the schedule is correspondingly shorter; it begins on Friday with dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Arrival

Vinnenberg Abbey is located in Warendorf in the Münsterland region and is no more than 1.5 hours away from many cities in the Ruhr area. It is about a 2-hour drive from Düsseldorf and Cologne. The monastery is run by nuns and is very lovingly decorated. Weather permitting, we can practice yoga in the monastery garden. It’s usually already quite warm there in May, so we can do our mindfulness exercises in the fresh air.
