About Lela Akhavan (Retreat Leader)
Founder of Lela Yoga Hamburg (2014), yoga teacher (500-hour Yoga Alliance certification), meditation leader, and certified life & business coach (DBVC, IOBC) and stress/emotions coach (emTrace®).
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I deepened my experience in India, Thailand, and Australia, as well as through many years of guidance from Ursula Lyon. Training with Remo Rittiner, A. G. Mohan, Oliver Sheridan, and at Anahata Yoga, among others, expanded my knowledge of Eastern healing methods, mindfulness, and Western anatomy.
My mission: to guide people toward greater authenticity, self-determination, and well-being—with empathy, clarity, and heart.
