During this week, you will deepen your Qi Gong practice so that you can continue practicing independently at home. You will learn which exercises are particularly helpful for specific ailments—whether tension, inner restlessness, or lack of energy. Furthermore, you will learn how your own energy work can positively influence your interactions in daily life—because when you are in balance, it affects your entire environment.

The Program:
Over five days, there will be two sessions each day—one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. This leaves you plenty of time for personal downtime: to relax by the pool, take walks through Mallorca’s natural landscapes, or simply do nothing. The arrival and departure days are free of scheduled activities—allowing you to settle in and say a gentle goodbye.
