About Lela Akhavan (Retreat Leader)
Founder of Lela Yoga Hamburg (2014), yoga teacher (500-hour Yoga Alliance certification), meditation instructor, and certified life and business coach (DBVC, IOBC) as well as stress and emotions coach (emTrace®).
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I deepened my experience in India, Thailand, and Australia, as well as through many years of guidance from Ursula Lyon. Training with Remo Rittiner, A. G. Mohan, Oliver Sheridan, and at Anahata Yoga have expanded my knowledge of Eastern healing methods, mindfulness, and Western anatomy.
My teaching style and coaching are characterized by creativity, intuition, a broad range of knowledge, and a great deal of heart. I offer a loving and relaxed atmosphere where practice and the opportunity for inner growth are possible with trust, ease, and joy. I meet my participants where they are and guide them to where they want to go—mindfully and individually.
My mission: to guide people toward greater authenticity, self-determination, and inner balance—with empathy, clarity, and heart.
