The Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center offers the perfect setting for this. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Mühlviertel region, it is a place where intensive practice and relaxation go hand in hand. After active sessions, the natural surroundings, the natural swimming pond, and the center’s relaxed atmosphere invite you to unwind and recharge. The vegetarian and vegan cuisine provides fresh and balanced meals throughout the week.
The program centers on dynamic yoga sessions drawing from Vinyasa Yoga, Rocket Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga. Powerful flows promote stability, mobility, and body awareness, laying the foundation for new steps in your personal practice.
The program is complemented by functional athletic training using your own body weight, with a focus on strength, coordination, and whole-body stability. A special highlight of the week is the daily handstand practice. Technique, balance, and body tension are developed in a playful, step-by-step manner. No prior experience is required—each exercise can be individually adapted.
Intensive training sessions are deliberately alternated with periods of recovery. Breathing exercises, meditation, and mobility exercises help relax the body and integrate the day’s experiences. This creates a balanced mix of challenge and recovery.

Program Overview
The program begins on the day of arrival with a two-hour session and ends on the day of departure with a morning session followed by breakfast together. In between, there are two sessions daily, each lasting two hours.

From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden
By Train and Bus
Take the train to Linz Central Station; from there, there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden. Pickup from the “Altenfelden Ort” bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pickup from the bus: 2:08 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. (Registration required at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 9:50 a.m. and 10:50 a.m.
