This retreat takes place in quiet, powerful places far away from the tourist crowds. Imagine ancient stone villages, quiet coastal paths, olive groves and hidden coves - places where nature provides space for reflection and reorientation.

Depending on your preferences, the sessions take place outdoors - by the sea, in the mountains or in charming cafés and fincas - or indoors in a quiet, inspiring atmosphere.

Mallorca is more than just a destination. The island is a place of elemental beauty and grounding energy. It offers the perfect blend of wild nature, Mediterranean lightness and a deep, soulful atmosphere that supports your personal transformation.

Your retreat will take place in the quieter regions of the island ... always tailored to your pace, your needs and your inner journey.

A snack or light meal is included with the accompaniments if it fits in well on location.
I pay attention to authentic and good cuisine in my selection.

We use the meal time as a quieter integration phase or - depending on your wishes - for a deep dive into the day's theme.

Day 1 - Arrival
10:00 Welcome & getting in the mood
10:30 Coaching & reflection on the current topic, also from a metaphysical perspective (e.g. BaZi)
12:00 Reflection break
12:15 Coaching in motion (e.g. during a nature walk)
13:45 When hunger strikes: snack together
from approx. 14:15 End & personal integration phase

Day 2 - Depth
09:00 Gentle grounding walk with reflection on what emerges.
10:00 Intensive coaching session (clarity) - in motion or in a quiet, magical place
from 13:00 Rest time or snack together on site at the end of the day

Day 3 - Alignment (meeting e.g. in the afternoon)
14:00 Reflection & impulses for further alignment
14:30 Coaching on the move (e.g. by the sea, visiting a local village / winery with a reflection session)
16:30 Recharge your batteries with a snack on site and deepen the coaching session
18:00 Conclusion & next steps

Wellness (massage, beauty), breathwork, yoga: These sessions can be booked optionally (external therapists/trainers) if you are interested and give advance notice.

Each session is individually tailored to you and remains flexible.
Our meetings can take place in the mornings or afternoons.
We will be happy to coordinate this in good time so that it suits you.

For maximum flexibility on the island, I recommend booking a rental car through one of the many local providers or through a travel agency together with the flight/accommodation booking.
