This retreat invites you to consciously slow down and reconnect with yourself. Under the mindful guidance of Kerstin Pinger, yoga and Ayurveda come together for a week that will ground you while fostering a new sense of lightness. The program is based on the proven “Reset & Rise” concept, featuring daily yoga practice, reflection, and practical insights for everyday life.
The morning sessions activate and align you—tailored to your individual dosha type. In the afternoon and evening, the practice becomes more tranquil: gentle movements, breathing exercises, and meditation guide you into a state of deep calm. Especially in the fall, this rhythm helps you gather your thoughts and build inner balance.
Between program activities, the finca invites you to retreat. Perhaps you’ll stroll through the estate’s own olive grove, let your gaze wander over Montuïri from the rooftop terrace, or enjoy the mild October sun by the pool. The vastness of the 77,000-square-meter estate, the lemon and orange trees, and the quiet hilltop setting create an atmosphere where you can truly find yourself.
A central component is Ayurvedic self-awareness: you’ll get to know your constitution better and develop routines that you can carry over into your daily life. This is complemented by journaling, small rituals, and shared reflection.
You’ll find soothing relaxation in the spacious spa area with saunas, a pool, an infrared cabin, and a relaxation zone, as well as through optional massages. Culinary delights include full vegetarian and vegan board—from a hearty breakfast to an evening buffet, all fresh and nourishing.
The retreat is inspired by the approach of her book “wachgeküsst” and draws on Kerstin’s years of in-depth expertise in yoga and Ayurveda. The content combines mindful practice with valuable insights for greater balance, clarity, and well-being in daily life. As a special gift, all participants will receive a copy of the book “wachgeküsst” – an inspiring companion beyond the retreat.
