Ikaria, the Island of Free Spirits
Experience relaxation, vitality, joy of life, and pleasure surrounded by nature and the sea.
May 9–16, 2027
About the Island
Ikaria is considered an absolute hidden gem and is regarded as a phenomenon by both Greeks and tourists alike. Ikaria is the cozy, unspoiled Greece of the 1970s. The people are down-to-earth, open, and warm-hearted.
Ikaria is a place of longing. A place to slow down, where people savor and enjoy life to the very last drop. Immerse yourself in the lightness of being, away from materialism and consumerism, back to nature and people, to music, vitality, and joy.
Many even say that this is the perfect place to find the true meaning of life…

About the Retreat Vacation
When was the last time you felt truly alive? In your power? In flow with yourself? Often, we live according to an image we have of ourselves. This makes us feel constricted, even stiff. We ignore our feelings and our needs. We ignore ourselves.
In this retreat, we tap into our power through Hatha Yoga and flowing sequences. With deep breathing exercises, we achieve relaxation and expand our physical space and our minds. Through meditation, we deepen our connection with ourselves, releasing blockages that prevent us from living a life that feels right. We restore suppleness to our hips and necks. We connect with our inner truth, our inner life, and allow ourselves to simply be. We enjoy the ocean, long walks, the sun, conversations with like-minded people, and good food—wellness for the soul.
The Program
Twice a day, we’ll practice and experience meditation, breathing exercises, Hatha Yoga, flows, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Savasana together.
Mind Walking with a personal mantra (optional)
Art Coaching “Self-Reflection” (in a group, no prior experience required).
Creative self-reflection, journaling
Content
Meditation: We take time for our soul and deepen our connection to our inner truth and intuition. In silence, we connect with lightness and joy. And we listen to what our heart desires so that it feels alive and powerful.
Asanas: Through physical exercises, we mobilize our spine and joints, strengthen and stretch our muscles and tendons, and boost our energy centers (chakras), so that we can walk new paths with an upright posture and renewed strength. We align ourselves both externally and internally and stand up for ourselves.
Pranayama: Through targeted breathing exercises, we restore the flow of our prana (life energy) and our chakra energies. Calming, invigorating, and balancing breathing techniques support us on our inner journey.
