3 days - Yoga therapeutic retreat to promote mental health
The various nervous overloads, states of exhaustion, but also the increase in anxiety and other mental illnesses, which now affect almost a third of the population in Germany, require a holistic and self-active approach to healing. Accompanied by Hans-Peter Fritsche (yoga teacher) and Claudia Fritsche (yoga teacher, yoga therapist (*) and psychological counselor/personal coach), we will mainly practice body, breathing and soul exercises from the so-called "New Yoga Will" during the 3 days.
But we will also use other activities such as hiking, swimming, saunas, philosophizing and relaxing in the natural garden to strengthen our life forces and thus our mental health.

(*) Therapeutic yoga is a holistic, preventative approach that also supports the healing of physical and psychological limitations.

We have a total of 6 rooms and caravans.
The guest room "Norway", with a double bed, is approx. 30 square meters in size and has its own separate bathroom.
The guest room "Mexico" with double bed is approx. 20 square meters in size and has an integrated bathroom
The "Allgäu" guest room with two single beds is approx. 25 m² in size. Shower and WC are in the hallway.
The guest rooms "Normandie" and "Ticino" with single bed (1.40m wide), each approx. 14 sqm. Shower/WC is shared.

NEW: Wooden caravan "Simba" with heating, shower/WC, kitchen, fridge, bed 1.40x200m
Suitable for 1-2 persons
NEW: Wooden caravan with underfloor heating and single bed (simple furnishings) (photos to follow).
NEW: 1-2 room apartment with bathroom and own kitchen in the barn next door. It is one of the quietest places, but only has a ceiling height of 1.98m (photos to follow)

The rooms with shared bathroom cost: 290,- Euro for a single room and 265,- Euro for a double room
The rooms with private bathroom cost: 320,- Euro for a single room and 295,- Euro for a double room

My expectations were fully met: it was an intensive time with great encounters (it was a very harmonious group) and valuable impulses. The hikes and yoga sessions were just right for me. On Sunday afternoon I felt really refreshed and invigorated! Thank you so much, dear Claudia and Hans-Peter, for your time with us!

First of all: it was not a yoga therapy retreat! It was a yoga retreat for creative living with a herbal walk. (Nevertheless) I felt very comfortable from the first minute to the end. And I would have liked to "hold out" for 2 or 3 more days. The 4 yoga sessions were instructive for me, the lake adventure was intense. The group was so harmonious, everything was just right. And to top it all off, the late summer weather was unbelievably beautiful. Claudia and Hans-Peter were always open, welcoming and responsive to questions... Thank you very much, I will definitely be back.

This was my first yoga retreat. I am a beginner in yoga. The welcome from Claudia was very warm. I felt comfortable in the "Allgäu" room. There was an open kitchen for the participants. The food was vegetarian and delicious. There was breakfast and dinner. I'm currently putting on weight and was a bit worried that I wouldn't lose it during the retreat :-D. But this was unfounded. But this was unfounded. I kept my weight off :-). Hans Peter's soul exercises really appealed to me and I am still working on implementing the cosmic prayer. Due to my somewhat limited mobility (it always looked so easy with the women :-D), the asana exercises were sometimes difficult. This was an important reason for me to get a balance for the body. On the one hand (strength building-muscle building, which I already practise) and on the other hand the flexibility for the body. We all had good conversations, the hike to the lake was a nice opportunity to get to know each other and to practice yoga exercises at the lake early in the morning and then take a pleasant, fresh lake bath. During the asana exercises, I briefly reached my limits because of my flexibility. I found it nice that Claudia was considerate and catered to everyone's needs. It was generally nice to see that there was always consultation, everyone was asked if they agreed and no one should feel obliged to do anything. The food was delicious, fresh and we had good conversations. I came to rest, felt relaxed and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. The nature is beautiful to look at, there are great hiking trails and the hosts are always there for you :-)

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 80% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

We ask for a deposit of 50,- Euro which cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason.
The remaining amount is to be paid on site in cash/card.
We think that these are fair conditions and yet require a certain commitment.
