This midweek retreat offers you the space and time to relax, recharge, and explore your inner self. To sense where you are right now and what you need at this time to reconnect with yourself. Through holistic yoga and relaxation techniques (deep, powerful, inspiring, and gentle), you’ll be able to relax your mind and let your thoughts drift away. You’ll feel your body. Blockages and stress are released, and strength and calm return. Guided imagery and meditation sessions, as well as walks in the beautiful national park, round out the program.
Between yoga sessions, there is plenty of free time to relax in the on-site Zinsbach Thermal Spa: warmth, water, saunas, tranquility—the place where your nervous system switches to “relaxation.” On-site, you can also book additional pampering time in the form of a massage.
What to expect:

Embark on a journey of self-discovery through varied, inspiring yoga sessions, meditations, pranayama, and relaxation exercises. You’ll spend the weekend at the beautiful 4-star Naturpark-Hotel Waldsägemühle in the Black Forest, surrounded by trees and meadows.

7:30–9:15 a.m.: Gentle morning yoga & closing session

This midweek break is like a gentle reset. And the best part: you don’t have to get back to work right away. You have Saturday & Sunday (or even Friday evening) to integrate, reflect, take a walk, drink tea, find stillness—and simply continue to rest in your new state.
