Choir rehearsals in the Stuttgart area and a joint concert tour to southern Sweden

Die Kyrkskolan Stenberga in Smålands Trädgård: Eine erstaunliche alte Schule aus dem Jahr 1870, die neu renoviert ist. Mit einem schönen Garten draußen und einem See zum Schwimmen und Angeln in der Nähe, ein eigenes Ruderboot ist verfügbar. Das Haus verfügt über 7 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 16 Betten und zwei Kinderbetten. 4 voll geflieste Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Großes Esszimmer mit Platz für 20 Personen, voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränke. 2 Wohnzimmer, Kamin, Terrasse nach Süden, TV und Breitband.

We live in the former church school and prepare meals together. The cost of all groceries is covered by the participation fee. We cook together.

January through May 2027: Several choir rehearsals in the Stuttgart area; possibly 1–2 performances in the region
April–May 2027: Develop a detailed itinerary; organize carpooling

Arrival on June 6, 2027
The first few days: exploring the region, choir rehearsals, excursions, swimming, and boating on the nearby lake
Thursday, June 10, 2027: Choir concert at the village church in Stenberga
Sunday, June 13, 2027: Trip to Vetlanda, attendance at a Swedish church service
Additional concerts during the second week are being planned and will be posted here shortly.
Return on June 17, 2027

The concert tour takes us to Stenberga, about 25 km from the small town of Vetlanda.

There are several ways to get here from Germany:
- by car, for example via Rostock–Trelleborg or via Fehmarn and the Öresund Bridge
- by plane to Gothenburg, Copenhagen, or Stockholm, then by train to Vetlanda; a pickup in Vetlanda can be arranged
- by train via Copenhagen and Nässjö to Vetlanda; a pickup can be arranged
