Exclusive 3-Day Awareness and Empowerment Training for Girls (ages 10 and up)

This exclusive 3-day training program (in a one-on-one format) for girls is based on an educational, spiritual, and creative approach. The professional program creates a space for girls to flourish and grow. All components are designed to strengthen their personalities and inspire creative development.
During the onboarding call, we discuss the content and goals, and tailor the supporting program to each girl’s needs.
Rhea Seel is a former teacher who works with individuals and companies through her brand, Sheducation.
Her goal is to raise awareness among girls and empower them to take control of their own lives.
The program includes, among other things:
yoga, art, meditation, personal development exercises, cooking together, and much more.

At the end of the training, the girls return to their everyday lives with sparkling eyes, creative ideas, and a sense of their inner beauty.

The workshop takes place at your finca, in their familiar surroundings.
5–6 hours daily, including a group cooking break.
