Where mindfulness retreats take place

In Switzerland, mindfulness retreats concentrate in the Bernese Oberland, in Ticino and in the Jura. The Bernese Oberland stands for high-Alpine silence and very clear programmes; the Jura for wooded, gentle low-mountain landscape; and Ticino for Mediterranean character combined with high group depth.
