What certifications are available and what does 200h or 300h mean?
The most common certifications follow Yoga Alliance standards. A 200-hour training (200h RYT) is the foundational yoga teacher qualification and the ideal starting point. A 300-hour training builds upon it and deepens your knowledge — together they make up the 500-hour certification (500h RYT). There are also trainings certified by other organizations.
