What sets Germany apart as a retreat country
Germany works differently from classic long-haul retreat destinations such as Bali or Goa. The spa-oriented angle is held by digital-detox weeks and base-fasting formats of eight to 22 days in Bad Füssing; base fasting is a gentle form of fasting using alkaline foods instead of food restriction.
