The 4-day Vipassana retreat was a valuable and profound experience for me. The conscious break from everyday life creates space for calm, relaxation, and inner reflection. Through the intensive mindfulness practice, awareness of oneself, one's thoughts and feelings, as well as the environment is sharpened. Claudia and Hans-Peter have created a beautiful setting with a lot of love, which is an oasis for the soul and the body! The food was very high quality and delicious. The combination of yoga and hiking was well coordinated. The yoga was well guided, even for me as a beginner. There was even an herb hike included where we created our own tincture. Truly a wonderful experience!
