A very balanced mix of excellently guided Yin Yoga and shamanic healing rituals with a diverse theoretical background. In a beautiful location with plenty of good food, always freshly prepared, Anja is a true person of the heart. I felt very safe, understood, and completely comfortable. I will definitely come back and can absolutely recommend Anja's retreat.

It was a wonderful, inspiring, and heartwarming few days that prompted reflection. I enjoyed the time very much and could not have imagined anyone better than Anette, who connected the group in a sensitive way and guided us through the days.

It was very nice. The house is very secluded, which helps to unwind. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the shower for the sauna is turned off during the winter months. This means that as long as there is no snow, one has to go back up to the room or to the communal area in the house to shower before going back down for the next sauna session. This is very impractical, and as a result, you don't use the sauna properly.

Great retreat in a natural location. Wonderfully guided, led with love and dedication. Lots of input with heartfelt support. Highly recommended.

Versatile program, great group, lovely leader, beautiful location. I returned home deeply relaxed.
