Our course instructor addressed the circumstances (Temp. 35 degrees) and our needs. Ms. Oppermann is very friendly, has a pleasant voice, and offers a varied program. I was able to relax wonderfully! The mattress was not too hard for me. The communal showers and toilets are clean. The food is very delicious, and the garden has many beautiful corners. A big thank you to the volunteers of the 5 monks.

I had the privilege of spending three wonderful days with Sabine and am deeply grateful for this special experience. Sabine has created a place where you feel welcome, safe, and comfortable from the very first moment. With so much love for detail, warmth, and all comforts, a space is created where you can simply arrive, let go, and be completely yourself. What impressed me the most was Sabine's fine sense for people. It is incredibly easy to open up to her, and she quickly recognizes what you need at that moment. With her diverse knowledge and experience in areas such as shamanism, psychology, and other holistic approaches, she guides you in a very mindful, authentic, and harmonious way. Everything fits together so naturally and feels just right. These three days were incredibly enriching for me. I was able to recognize and let go of many things and, above all, take a lot for myself. I am deeply grateful for this valuable time and will benefit from it for a long time to come.💚
