TriYoga Retreats

As the word Tri indicates, TriYoga combines three elements. These are asana (body movements), pranayama (the breath) and mudras (hand gestures and hand positions). All three elements are brought together fluidly and performed in the form of a meditative yoga dance. The flowing movements in wave form under guidance serve to promote relaxation. The flowing movements allow only very specific muscle groups to be tensed. The rest remains relaxed. This dance is accompanied by gentle spiritual music. For relaxation on vacation or when traveling, TriYoga is a rest for body and mind. The asanas are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
