Under guidance in a wonderful place, clarity will return for the next steps and for your own life. Heaviness is transformed into lightness. Pranayama yoga is practiced at least twice a day. Awareness of your own body without any pressure, relaxation and peace return. Pure relaxation, nice people and enough peace and space for inner processes.
