Vacation offers for Body, Mind and Soul.

I felt very comfortable in the shared room with the women, slept better than at home and really came to rest through yoga, meditation and good conversations. I regularly attended the satsangs (very inspiring and authentic speakers) and the yoga classes (I tried several, they were all competently and kindly led). I ate vegan food for the first time and will continue to do so at home because it was very good for me. I liked the fact that there is no exaggerated tendency towards perfection and that the people here are very honest. And behind everything you can feel the honest will to work towards a better world with the help of Buddhist philosophy and in harmony with the cosmos and nature. It's also nice that Gaia, spirituality and women's power have a place here. All the best, I'll be back, Heidrun

It was a very special week for me, with so many new insights. It was a very exciting week, with so many new experiences and a greater understanding of nature. The two shamans were very helpful and when I had questions, the answers were explained very clearly and comprehensibly. There were so many explanations that hardly any questions were necessary to understand the whole thing. These experiences will shape me for the rest of my life. I am very grateful for it. Thank you to Sabine and Henriette. It was a wonderful time to spend with you.

It was a wonderfully relaxing week. The yoga was very calm and meditative and suited my needs perfectly. The empathetic non-violent communication was very true to life and profound and I really enjoyed it. I already had some previous experience, but it was still very worthwhile!

Highly recommended. Sabine is wonderful. I felt completely at ease. Very good food. The shamanic treatments were exactly what I needed. Thank you again ❤️
